SPECIAL EVENTS
The Professional Intensive
Very limited enrollment (2-4 actors). Very personal one on one work.
The first part of this intensive gives the advanced actor the entire fundamental course of Transformational Acting. The 2nd half of the day is translating The Shurin Technique, Transformational Acting, on camera for film. This entire intensive is taught by Ms. Shurin. These intensives are given from noon to about 7PM.
The advanced actor needs to take this workshop in order to go into ongoing classes with Sande Shurin.

Meetings with Casting Professionals:
From
time to time we will be having industry professionals coming to talk to
and do a Q&A for our studio memebrs at no charge. There will be a
wine & cheese "get together" afterward so our students can
personally meet these professionals.
No charge to our members
Also there will be times we will have industry professionals
critique actors and their monologues or scenes. This will be
followed by a short
"get together" with wine and cheese after the critiquing so that
you may personally get to know the industry professionals. The
evening will run about 3 hours.

This is a very powerful week-long actors retreat.
Sunday evening thru Friday Sande Shurin teaches a technique class which gives a powerful opening into her technique Transformational Acting. In two classes she teaches on camera film and audition technique. An optional Yoga class for actors is taught by the New York Intregal Yoga instructor, Anitra Frazier mornings.
